Oval presents the international event – “Vilnius CO2 Green Drive”

For the first time, on October 23rd 2010, the international environmental cultural event – Vilnius CO2 Green Drive – will come to Lithuania. With a successful history in Copenhagen, Milan and Riga and a planned continuation in Los Angeles, New York, Sao Paolo and Beijing – the hottest electric and low CO2 omission cars and vehicles from all over the world are ready to come to Vilnius!

Equipped with GPS tracking devices, Vilnius CO2 Green Drive’s parade will drive through Vilnius, painting a huge “CO2” sign marking Vilnius to the outside world as a green city aware of the climate issues we are facing today!
During the event in the very heart of Vilnius’ old town – Vilnius Town Hall Square (Rotušės aikštėje) – a lot of green lifestyle activities will take place (eco-design, eco-games for kids, eco-food, eco-drive and much more).

Some of the world’s newest and fastest electric cars will be presented in the best fashion style on Vilnius CO2 Green Drive catwalk. The event will finish with a spectacular Drag Race between fuel engine cars and some of the fastest electric cars in world.

The event is supported by Nordic Council of Ministers office in Lithuania, Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania, Vilnius municipality and many other international partners. In case you are interested in participating in the event, as an organization or a private company, please feel free to contact us.
